My father had a massive stroke at 45 and then a heart attack after struggling for 5 years to come back half paralyzed only to die at 50ish. All my uncle's and grandparents all died from heart disease by 55.
When I came to see Dr. Barber at 45 my heart doctor did not have any good news or preventive
options. He only offered pills and eventually death or worse.
